Overview:


Snapscale is seeking a highly organized Property Management Specialist to work in a remote setup, supporting property operations, tenant relations, and financial management for U.S.-based properties. The ideal candidate will handle tenant communications, coordinate maintenance, oversee lease compliance, and ensure accurate financial and property records while maintaining compliance with U.S. regulations.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Communicate with tenants and address inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Schedule and coordinate maintenance requests and property repairs remotely
  • Manage leases and ensure tenant compliance with agreements
  • Handle financial tasks including rent collection, invoicing, and accounts payable/receivable
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records for property transactions, including entering bills for payment
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain organized financial documentation
  • Assist with marketing and advertising efforts to attract new tenants
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. real estate laws and regulations
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate services remotely

Requirements
