Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and organised Property Administrator to manage administrative functions of a remote property management operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage lease agreements, renewals, and tenant onboarding administration
- Communicate with tenants regarding rental payments, maintenance requests, and queries
- Process rental invoices, receipts, and reconcile rental income records
- Coordinate maintenance requests between tenants and service providers
- Maintain accurate property and tenant records in the property management system
- Prepare monthly property reports and occupancy summaries for landlords
- Assist with compliance documentation including inspections and legal notices
Qualifications and Experience
- 2+ years of experience in property administration or real estate support
- Familiarity with property management software (PayProp, WeConnectU, or similar)
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Numerical accuracy for processing rental payments and reconciliations
- Ability to manage multiple properties and tenants simultaneously
- Self-motivated in a remote setting
- Qualification in Property Management or Business Administration preferred
Salary: R20,000/month | 100% Remote
