We are currently seeking a Project Specialist to join our diverse and dynamic Firecrest team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the planning, coordination, review and delivery of content projects across the Firecrest platform, ensuring high-quality outputs are delivered on time and aligned with stakeholder requirements.
The FIRECREST Portal is the industry's leading site portal, enabling centralised, role-based user management across studies and connecting site and study staff globally. As a Project Specialist, you will support the Project Manager in the planning, coordination and execution of production projects, helping to manage workflows and deliver engaging, accurate and high-quality site-facing content.
What you will be doing
Supporting the Firecrest Production team with the planning, coordination and delivery of content-related projects.
Reviewing project requirements, content materials and deliverables to ensure accuracy, quality and alignment with established standards.
Managing project timelines, tracking progress and helping to ensure milestones and deadlines are achieved.
Coordinating with internal stakeholders, content creators, designers and production teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
Maintaining project documentation, status reports and workflow tracking tools to support effective project management.
Assisting with content updates, change requests and quality control reviews throughout the production lifecycle.
Identifying opportunities to improve processes, workflows and efficiencies across content production activities.
Your profile
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in project management, communications, life sciences, marketing or a related field preferred but not essential.
Previous experience supporting content production, project coordination, digital projects or operational delivery environments preferred.
Ideally prior experience from the Clinical Research or Pharma industry
Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail, with experience reviewing materials for quality, accuracy and consistency.
Proficiency in project tracking, workflow management and documentation tools is advantageous.
A proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
