The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, senior leaders, subject matter experts, external vendors, consultants, and other stakeholders to coordinate deliverables, approvals, communications, and project activities. The role requires strong stakeholder management, facilitation, negotiation, consensus-building, and executive communication skills, including the preparation and presentation of project updates, options analyses, recommendations, risks, issues, and decision materials.

The role may also involve coordinating communications, marketing, digital, content, event, partnership, and stakeholder-engagement workstreams. The successful candidate will contribute to improving project delivery practices, governance processes, requirements-gathering approaches, stakeholder engagement, and overall organizational project management maturity.

Candidates should have 5–8 years of business experience, including at least 3–4 years leading projects, programs, organizational change initiatives, or business transformation activities. Post-secondary education in Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related discipline is preferred, along with a professional project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or an equivalent recognized certification.
