Job Description Summary:
The Project Manager – Revenue Cycle Vendor Management will have a unique opportunity to build a centralized vendor management program and governance model from the ground up. The role is responsible for leading and coordinating vendor-related initiatives across the revenue cycle focused on: vendor performance optimization and quarterly business reviews, contract oversight, implementation of new vendor solutions, and continuous improvement efforts to drive financial and operational outcomes. The position partners closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and executive leadership to ensure alignment with organizational goals.Responsibilities And Duties:
20% - Responsible for administrative tasks related to the project including: development/maintenance of project plans, project tracking, budget preparation, meeting planning, status reporting, and change management initiatives.Minimum Qualifications:

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle, including patient access, billing, coding, claims management, and reimbursement processes. Expertise in hospital patient accounting systems and familiarity with regulatory requirements and payer guidelines is ideal. This role requires demonstrated experience in leading complex projects within a healthcare environment, with a strong focus on improving financial performance and operational efficiency. Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices is expected, along with the ability to analyze data and identify trends. Strong communication skills are critical, including the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, translate technical or financial concepts for non-technical audiences, and deliver impactful presentations. Experience with Epic EHR and revenue cycle management (RCM) platforms is highly desirable.
