Job Overview

ComplianceQuest is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager for our Premium Upgrade Services team. Based in Noida, India, this full-time position will oversee critical upgrade projects, ensuring a seamless transition and maximization of service value for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage upgrade projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and adjust as necessary.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards throughout all project phases.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in project management, preferably in IT services.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and lead diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
