What you'll do

As a Senior DevOps / Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and improving scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with development, architecture, and engineering teams to automate processes, improve deployment strategies, and ensure the availability, security, and performance of production environments.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure.
• Build and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines.
• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployments, configuration, and operational processes.
• Monitor infrastructure and applications to ensure reliability, availability, and performance.
• Implement logging, monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, deployment, and production issues.
• Apply cloud security best practices, including access management, secrets management, and infrastructure hardening.
• Collaborate with software engineers to improve deployment processes and development workflows.
• Identify opportunities to improve infrastructure costs, scalability, performance, and operational efficiency.
• Participate in technical decisions related to cloud architecture and DevOps practices.
• Document infrastructure, processes, configurations, and technical solutions.

Requirements

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, SRE, or similar roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Strong experience with Kubernetes and Docker in production environments.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform or similar Infrastructure as Code tools.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar.
• Experience managing cloud infrastructure in production environments.
• Knowledge of cloud networking, IAM, security, load balancing, DNS, and secrets management.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, CloudWatch, New Relic, or similar.
• Experience troubleshooting distributed and cloud-based systems.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Understanding of high availability, scalability, disaster recovery, and infrastructure resilience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Advanced English proficiency for communication with international teams and clients.

Nice to have

• Experience working with multiple cloud providers.
• Experience with Helm and Kubernetes package management.
• Knowledge of GitOps tools and practices such as Argo CD or Flux.
• Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible.
• Experience supporting microservices and distributed architectures.
• Knowledge of FinOps or cloud cost optimization practices.
• Experience with security and compliance practices in cloud environments.
• Cloud or Kubernetes certifications are a plus.
