What is this role about?

This role is responsible for leading and coordinating cross-functional international business systems projects that align with business goals, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. In addition to larger projects, the role will include project managing a hybrid (Agile/Waterfall) sprint process for small enhancements.

Main functions include project/work item planning, stakeholder communication, risk management, and process improvement. The Project Manager partners closely with business and technical teams to ensure successful outcomes, and where possible leveraging digital tools—including AI-driven solutions—to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency.

Core business functions covered are Concept to Production (pre-publication), Order to Cash, Rights and Royalties and Finance, although a wider range of business functions may be covered.

What you will be doing: 

•  Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation through deployment and post-implementation review.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication across departments to ensure alignment and issue resolution.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including plans, risk registers, and status reports
• Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive analysis and clear escalation processes
• Support continuous improvement by evaluating project outcomes and applying lessons learned
• Leverage AI and automation tools to optimize project management workflows and reporting

What you need to be considered:

• 5+ years of experience in project management with ERP/ Business related process knowledge.
• PMP (or equivalent) certification is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project)
• Willingness to stay up to date with innovative technologies and digital trends.
• Self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks, work independently, and perform well under pressure.
• Experience communicating complex issues clearly with customers and internal resources who may not have English as their first language.
• Solutions-focused & critical thinking with a track record of resolving challenges effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
