Our client is a leading U.S.-based fitness franchisor operating 2,400+ clubs worldwide. Its digital ecosystem supports both franchise operations and member experiences, including onboarding, membership management, payments, and engagement features.

Project Description

Join a team developing a fitness company’s digital ecosystem, supporting key member journeys such as joining, membership management, billing, workouts, and wellness experiences. The work spans web and mobile products and is organized around cross-functional product pods that deliver functionality end to end within their business areas. The pods collaborate across broader workstreams and with teams on both the client and Coherent Solutions sides.

What You'll Do

• Support Agile delivery across assigned pod(s), helping the team follow clear working agreements and Agile practices;
• Facilitate regular Agile ceremonies, including Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Retrospectives, and other team meetings;
• Work closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to support effective planning, execution, and progress through the delivery lifecycle;
• Maintain up-to-date delivery plans and provide clear visibility into team progress;
• Identify, track, and help resolve blockers that may affect delivery;
• Maintain the RAID log, including risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, and decisions;
• Coordinate dependencies with other pods, workstreams, and external teams;
• Help the team identify delivery bottlenecks and improve ways of working;
• Foster open communication, effective collaboration, and a safe team environment;

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or in a similar delivery-focused role;
• Hands-on experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and supporting software development teams;
• Good understanding of Scrum and Agile principles, with a practical approach to applying them;
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to discuss and explain process changes with teams and stakeholders;
• Ability to identify delivery risks, dependencies, blockers, and process bottlenecks, and help drive their resolution;
• Strong Jira skills, including configuring boards, managing backlogs and sprints, using filters, and supporting team workflows;
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-changing environment;
• Experience working with international and distributed teams;
• English level of B2 or higher, with confidence in regular meetings and communication with a U.S.-based client;
• Experience with mobile application development or delivery will be a plus.
