BlueTuskr is a full-service e-commerce growth agency built exclusively for e-commerce brands. We combine paid media, owned media, creative, and analytics to help our clients scale profitably. Our team is made up of specialists who are deeply invested in their craft — and in the success of the brands they serve.
This isn't a “jack of all trades” environment. We hire people who are exceptional at what they do, then give them the resources and autonomy to do it well.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a Project Manager to keep our client engagements on time, on scope, and drama-free. Reporting to the Lead Project Manager, you'll own the day-to-day execution of client projects — coordinating across paid media, creative, owned media, and analytics so nothing falls through the cracks.
This role is as much about process as it is about people. You'll be expected to spot inefficiencies in how work moves through the agency and fix them — not just keep the trains running, but make the tracks better. You'll work closely with the Lead Project Manager to refine workflows, tighten timelines, and build the systems that let a growing team scale without losing quality.
This role is ideal for someone who's energized by structure, allergic to dropped balls, and genuinely enjoys making a messy process cleaner.
What You'll Own
Day-to-Day Execution
- Manage the daily workflow for a portfolio of client accounts, tracking deliverables, deadlines, and dependencies across teams
- Keep projects on scope and on schedule, flagging risks before they become problems
- Serve as the connective tissue between Paid Media, Creative, Owned Media, and Analytics on shared client work
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date project status in Asana so the whole team knows where things stand
Process Improvement
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in existing workflows and propose fixes
- Partner with the Lead Project Manager to design, document, and roll out improved processes and templates
- Standardize how projects are scoped, tracked, and handed off between departments
- Continuously refine internal systems as the team and client roster grow
Client & Team Coordination
- Support client communication around timelines, deliverables, and project status
- Escalate issues to the Lead Project Manager early, with context and recommended next steps
- Coordinate with account leads to make sure client expectations match what's actually being delivered
- Help onboard new clients and new team members into BlueTuskr's project workflows
Reporting & Visibility
- Maintain clear, current reporting on project health, timelines, and workload across accounts
- Flag capacity or resourcing issues before they affect delivery
- Contribute to internal reporting on process performance and team throughput
Who You Are
Skills get you in the door. These are the qualities that make you right for this role:
- You're organized by nature. Nothing sits in your inbox or your task list without a plan attached to it.
- You spot problems before they spot you. You catch scheduling conflicts and scope creep early.
- You improve what you touch. You don't just follow a process — you notice when it's broken and say so.
- You communicate clearly and often. Teammates and clients always know where things stand.
- You stay calm under pressure. Competing deadlines don't rattle you — you prioritize and move.
- You're coachable. You take direction well from the Lead Project Manager and apply feedback quickly.
What Success Looks Like
In your first 90 days:
- You've learned BlueTuskr's project workflows and tools, and you're managing your portfolio independently
- You've built working relationships with the Lead Project Manager and cross-functional teams
- You've identified at least one process gap and proposed a concrete fix
- Clients and teammates see you as reliable and on top of the details
By the end of year one:
- Your accounts run smoothly, with minimal escalations and consistently meet deadlines
- You've helped design and implement process improvements that are now standard practice
- You're trusted with increasing scope and complexity, and are a go-to resource for other team members
- You're operating as a true partner to the Lead Project Manager in running the department
