Format: Remote
Duration: 3-months fixed-term contract
About the Role
We’re looking for a Project Manager (Creator Content Supply) to support a new multi-market creator programme across APAC at a global technology company.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands the creator ecosystem and knows how to make a programme move. You’ll work with influencer marketing agencies, networks and partners across multiple markets to identify relevant creator content, secure permissions for cross-platform posting, ensure agreed assets move through the programme efficiently, and proactively manage the content pipeline.
Unlike a traditional campaign, you won't brief creators from scratch. Instead, you will work from a client-provided list of existing creator videos currently exclusive to competitor platforms (Meta/TikTok). Your goal is to represent the platform, approaching influencer agencies to negotiate the usage rights for brands to both organically post and financially boost this content on our platform.
Creator & Agency Partnerships
- Build and manage relationships with creator agencies, influencer marketing agencies, MCNs and relevant creator partners across priority markets.
- Engage agency partners to identify creators and existing content that meet agreed programme criteria.
- Communicate programme requirements clearly and create strong working relationships with external partners.
- Coordinate across multiple agencies and markets while maintaining a consistent approach.
- Develop a practical understanding of the creator landscape in each market and where the strongest content opportunities sit.
- Represent the platform in negotiations, utilizing a deep understanding of the complex relationships between brands commissioning content, influencer agencies, and the creators themselves.
Content Supply & Rights Coordination
- Review identified creator content against agreed programme requirements.
- Secure all necessary creator permissions—specifically negotiating both organic cross-platform posting rights and paid media/boosting usage rights on behalf of the brands.
- Support the management of creator and agency documentation required to move content through the programme.
- Track content from identification through to approval and final delivery.
- Flag rights, usage, commercial or delivery issues early and help resolve them with the appropriate stakeholders.
Project & Programme Management
- Build and maintain a clear programme tracker covering creators, agencies, content, status, approvals and delivery.
- Coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholders across markets.
- Create simple processes that allow the programme to operate efficiently at scale.
- Keep timelines, deliverables and dependencies visible and well managed.
- Identify opportunities to improve the workflow as the programme develops.
- Provide clear progress reporting and ensure agreed content is delivered accurately and on time.
About You
- You have 5+ years of experience in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, creator operations, content partnerships, digital marketing or project management.
- You understand how creators, agencies and brands work together.
- Strong grasp of channel strategy: you understand exactly why a brand might initially restrict a creator campaign to Meta or TikTok, and can navigate those strategic objections effectively to articulate the value of cross-platform expansion.
- You are comfortable dealing directly with clients/brands, creator agencies, MCNs and external partners, as well as managing the commercial administrative matters with them directly.
- You have strong project management skills and can manage a high volume of moving parts without losing track of detail.
- You have some understanding of creator agreements, content usage, licensing or rights management.
- You are confident building trackers, processes and ways of working from the ground up.
- You communicate clearly and can build relationships quickly across different markets and cultures.
- You are proactive, organised and comfortable working in a programme that is still evolving.
- Experience across multiple APAC markets is highly valuable.
- Experience within creator platforms, social media, influencer agencies, digital media or creator commerce would be particularly relevant.
