The Project Manager, Capital Projects will serve as a key point of contact for major customer projects, partnering closely with Sales, Operations, Purchasing, and leadership teams to ensure successful execution and an exceptional customer experience.
This is a highly visible role that requires strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
What You’ll Do
- Manage large customer projects from initiation through completion
- Partner closely with Sales, Operations, Purchasing, and leadership teams to ensure project success
- Lead customer and internal project update calls
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to maintain timelines and deliverables
- Support purchasing activities, inventory visibility, deliveries, and operational execution
- Build strong customer relationships and proactively resolve issues
- Communicate project updates, risks, and action items clearly and effectively
- Help drive accountability and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle

Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of operations and customer-facing project experience
- Project Management experience preferred
- Strong Microsoft Excel and communication skills
- Experience working in distribution, industrial, manufacturing, or construction-related environments is a plus
- Ability to travel up to 25%
