The Project Manager, Capital Projects will serve as a key point of contact for major customer projects, partnering closely with Sales, Operations, Purchasing, and leadership teams to ensure successful execution and an exceptional customer experience.

This is a highly visible role that requires strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage large customer projects from initiation through completion
  • Partner closely with Sales, Operations, Purchasing, and leadership teams to ensure project success
  • Lead customer and internal project update calls
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to maintain timelines and deliverables
  • Support purchasing activities, inventory visibility, deliveries, and operational execution
  • Build strong customer relationships and proactively resolve issues
  • Communicate project updates, risks, and action items clearly and effectively
  • Help drive accountability and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of operations and customer-facing project experience
  • Project Management experience preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and communication skills
  • Experience working in distribution, industrial, manufacturing, or construction-related environments is a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
