Essential Functions

  • Applies strong analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate data discrepancies, perform root-cause analysis, and identify trends that support informed decision-making.
  • Communicates, organizes, and visualizes complex analytical findings clearly, providing insights and recommendations that support leadership, operational teams, and providers.
  • Balances project management and analytical expertise, ensuring projects not only meet timelines but also produce valuable, data-driven outcomes for stakeholders.
  • Proven experience leading analytics projects from intake through implementation.
  • Self-directed and comfortable navigating ambiguity

Physical Requirements
Will work in office environment. Requires sitting, standing, lifting, supplies and equipment, and operation of a keyboard and computer. Responsibility to work in a safe manner.

Education, Experience and Certifications

Bachelor's degree required. Minimum of 2 years relevant experience required.

Required: At least two years of operational reporting and analytics experience. Intermediate to advanced Excel experience.

Preferred: Strong understanding of healthcare operations and data ecosystems.
