The Project Manager will plan and manage software development projects from initial planning through to final delivery while overseeing project finances and progress. They will also build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to drive business goals and project success.

The work spans secure platform development and modernization, multi-stakeholder delivery with public and private sector partners, and regulation-driven interoperability (EU regulations: e.g. eIDAS).
What you’ll do
Plan and manage software development projects from initial planning to final delivery
Take ownership of projects and customer accounts, aligning delivery with business goals
Guide our teams and customers as subject-matter aware Project Manager, bringing in other Nortal Subject Matter Experts where necessary
Lead project teams from kick-off to delivery and beyond
Build strong customer and stakeholder relationships, manage expectations, and help drive decisions in complex situations
Oversee project finances, track progress, and keep projects on course
What makes you a great fit
2–7 years of experience in IT project management, delivering software projects in a project-based environment
Strong people leadership skills, with a talent for motivating teams and bringing people together
Proven experience managing long-term strategic client relationships, with the ability to identify and develop follow-up, extension, and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
Excellent communication skills in Estonian and English
A positive, solution-oriented mindset, even in more critical phases
Previous experience or interest in the domain
Experience working with public sector clients or tender processes is an advantage
