OverviewTISTA Science and Technology is seeking to hire a Project Manager to join our growing team in Austin! The Project Manager will provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership of project staff execution for each of the assigned Service Programs. Role provides day-to-day support of financial services programs and projects including quality monitoring and SME-level inputs to improve the overall performance of the assigned programs/projects. Successful candidate will have strong experience in cloud migration, enterprise architecture and software development methodologies including at least 5 years of experience leading a program using Large Scale Scrum (LeSS) and SAFe. This role is the primary interface with the customer and requires exceptional professionalism and oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities- Lead and manage compliance programs and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring consistent implementation across service areas and teams.
- Develop, implement, monitor, and maintain compliance frameworks, processes, and controls to support regulatory and contractual obligations.
- Provide regular status reporting to senior leadership on project progress, compliance performance, risks, and remediation activities.
- Proactively monitor the performance of programs and related projects to ensure adherence to standards, policies, procedures, and governance requirements.
- Identify, communicate, mitigate, and manage program and compliance risks.
- Manage resources and projects to cost, schedule, scope, and performance objectives while ensuring alignment with approved project plans.
- Monitor project progress, establish reporting mechanisms, and drive issue resolution to maintain project objectives.
- Prepare and deliver timely inputs for contractual, operational, and compliance-related deliverables.
- Provide quality assurance oversight for program deliverables and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
- Apply Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles and practices to support program planning, execution, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop process improvements, governance standards, and organizational best practices.
- Support clients in implementing operational improvements, adopting new technologies, and enhancing compliance and business performance.
- Facilitate audits, assessments, corrective action plans, and continuous process improvement activities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on compliance trends, risks, and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications- Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in Project Management, Program Management, Compliance Management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory compliance principles, governance frameworks, risk management, and internal controls.
- Strong project and change management experience, including planning, execution, governance, and stakeholder engagement.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred).
- SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), SAFe Agilist (SA), or comparable Agile certification(preferred).
- Experience supporting federal government programs, regulatory compliance initiatives, or contractual governance activities (preferred).
- Experience leading audits, assessments, and corrective action programs (preferred).
Education:
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Compliance, or a related scientific/technical discipline.
- Additional 8 years’ relevant experience may be substituted for degree.
Clearance:
- The ability to pass a Tier 2/Modest Background Investigation.

Pay Range:
- The suggested pay for this position ranges from $65,234 to $73,645.
- The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
