Project Manager

We're partnering with our client to find a Project Manager to support a remote, out-of-region team. This contract role offers an opportunity to lead diverse initiatives and drive strategic execution in a flexible work environment. There is no application deadline for this role. *Project Manager Responsibilities:* * Oversee planning and implementation for medium-to-large cross-team projects, ensuring alignment with business goals. * Develop comprehensive project schedules, milestones, and success metrics to monitor progress effectively. * Coordinate activities across various departments, including Product, Engineering, UX, and Operations. * Facilitate communication among technical and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and collaboration. * Identify potential risks, dependencies, and obstacles, and develop strategies to mitigate them. *Project Manager Qualifications:* * 3+ years' demonstrated expertise in project management principles such as scope, schedule, risk, and stakeholder communication. * Proven experience leading complex projects that involve multiple teams. * Capable of bringing clarity and structure to ambiguous situations. * Strong facilitation, relationship-building, and communication skills. * Knowledge of Agile, hybrid, or traditional delivery methods, with 3-7 years of relevant experience. * Ability to partner effectively with engineering teams and understand technical concepts.
