We’re looking for a Project Manager who thrives on ownership and execution to join a multiplayer poker game project. Someone who isn’t afraid to challenge assumptions, follow up relentlessly, and keep every contributor accountable for their commitments. The role requires coordinating multiple internal and external teams, ensuring priorities stay aligned, deadlines are met, and no critical dependency is overlooked.

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management within game development.

• Strong understanding of game production pipelines and delivery processes.

• Experience working on poker, casino, social casino, or iGaming projects.

• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, including external vendors and distributed teams.

• Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills.

• Ability to proactively identify risks, blockers, and dependencies and drive them to resolution.

• Experience working with project planning and tracking tools (Jira, ClickUp, or similar).

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to maintain structure and accountability in a fast-paced environment.

• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.

Nice to have:

• Understanding of poker game production and gambling-related development processes.

• Experience coordinating third-party art, backend, or QA vendors.

• Familiarity with live operations and feature delivery cycles.

What the role is about:

• Own day-to-day project delivery and execution.

• Coordinate internal developers, designers, QA specialists, and external vendors.

• Track tasks, dependencies, milestones, and delivery commitments across all project streams.

• Ensure stakeholders receive timely updates and that risks are surfaced early.

• Drive accountability and follow-up across the entire project team.

• Maintain project documentation, timelines, and planning artifacts.

• Work closely with production and leadership teams to ensure deadlines and quality targets are met.

• Identify process gaps and continuously improve project workflows.

• Act as the central communication hub between all project participants.
