As a Project Manager, you'll:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of small to medium-sized projects or defined workstreams

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and status reports

• Track and manage progress against scope, milestones, budget, and timelines

• Coordinate project meetings, including agenda preparation, action tracking, and follow-up

• Proactively identify, assess, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies in a structured manner

• Apply appropriate delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) based on project needs

• Ensure adherence to agreed PMO governance, standards, and project management methodology

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and data within JIRA

• Provide clear, concise project reporting for PMO leadership and senior stakeholders

• Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes and ways of working

• Actively seek feedback and coaching to continuously improve project management capability

The candidate must have:

• 3+ years' experience in a Project Manager role

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proven experience delivering projects using multiple methodologies (Agile and Waterfall)

• Comfortable facilitating meetings and discussions with senior management

• Experience working closely with technical and delivery teams

• Strong working knowledge of JIRA

• Ability to provide significant overlap with the US Eastern Time (ET) zone

Nice to have:

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification

• Experience with facilitation and workshopping techniques

• Experience improving PMO governance, reporting, or delivery standards
