Position Summary:

The purpose of this role is to provide operational support and day-to-day coordination for graphic and packaging projects for a leading global Consumer Goods (FMCG) brand across the LATAM region.

This is a Customer Service and execution-focused role. It is a great fit for profiles with a background in Design, Advertising, or Marketing who want to leverage their knowledge into production workflows, art adaptation, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, comfortable in fast-paced production environments, and motivated to manage timelines between the client and our execution teams.

Essential Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Customer Service & Communication: Act as the main day-to-day operational contact for regional client requests, keeping them informed of project status via email and tracking tools.

• Order Management: Receive briefs, check incoming materials, and create clear work orders so the production team has all the necessary alignment for execution.

• Project Tracking: Monitor project timelines, anticipate delays, and ensure artwork/packaging materials are delivered on time and according to quality standards.

• Cross-functional Coordination: Help organize and participate in alignment status meetings with internal production teams, clients, and regional suppliers.

• Data Support: Assist in documenting client agreements, approvals, and gathering data for regional performance metrics (KPIs).

Specification & Skills

• Strong background or understanding of Design, Marketing, Advertising, Prepress, or Production environments (must understand asset management, layouts, and print/digital workflows).

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail (handling multiple SKUs or projects simultaneously).

• Strong client service mindset: solution-oriented, polite, and proactive.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Educational & Experience Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree Completed or in Progress (Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields).

• Experience: 1 to 2 years MAXIMUM of experience in Customer Service, Account Support, Project Coordination, or client-facing roles within agencies, production studios, or corporate environments.

• Language Ability:

  • Spanish: Native / Fluent (Primary language for day-to-day communication across LATAM).

  • English: Intermediate (A2-B1 / Reading and writing). Needed for corporate tools, systems, and guidelines. Excellent opportunity to practice and grow your skills.
