Job DetailsLevel: ExperiencedJob Location: Remote or Lakewood CO - Lakewood, CO 80215Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: Not SpecifiedSalary Range: $60,000.00 - $97,000.00 SalaryTravel Percentage: Minimal: 0 - 10%Job Shift: DayJob Category: EngineeringGeneral Purpose The Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Project Manager(s) with non-technical work associated with current projects.   Essential Responsibilities General Responsibilities Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to frequent project changes. Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently with minimal oversight. Coordinates closely with Project Manager to accurately manage project documentation Manages the Request for Information (RFI) process effectively while relaying the information to the team members and accurately logging the responses. Tracks project submittals and project information such as meeting minutes. Performs a variety of marginal duties not listed, to be determined and assigned as needed. Maintains outstanding company-client relationships.   Qualifications & Experience Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience. Background in engineering is a plus. Background in document control software such as Procore is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook, and other computer software. Excellent organizational and time management skills Excellent written and oral communications skills. Excellent interpersonal and people skills.   Working Conditions Work Environment: Work is performed in an office setting with prolonged periods of sedentary activity. Travel: Minimal travel may be required depending on assignments (0-10%) Physical Activities: Must be able to lift 50lbs.
