About the role
The Project Coordinator supports Project Managers by owning the administrative and coordination activities that keep clinical research projects organized and moving forward. This US-based remote role works across multiple departments and project teams, helping Project Managers focus on broader project delivery.
You will typically support four to six projects, depending on project needs and allocation.
What you'll do
- Prepare meeting agendas, capture meeting minutes, and help facilitate project discussions
- Maintain project timelines and Gantt charts
- Support Trial Master File (TMF) administration and project documentation
- Coordinate site and project-specific training, including assigning training and maintaining accurate training records
- Liaise with sites regarding training certificates, site binders, and related documentation
- Support budget-related activities and, for some projects, process site payments
- Work closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to track actions, follow up on deliverables, and keep projects progressing
- Help ensure project records and documentation remain accurate, complete, and up to date
