Project & Change Management
- Support day-to-day execution of payer-related projects, including tracking timelines, deliverables, and key milestones
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of project objectives
- Assist in the development and implementation of change management strategies to support client adoption and sustainability of solutions
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate as appropriate
Client Relationship Support
- Partner with client stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and project progress updates
- Build strong working relationships with client teams to ensure engagement, alignment, and satisfaction
- Support the preparation and delivery of client-facing materials, including status reports and presentations
Sales & Proposal Support
- Assist in the development of proposals, presentations, and supporting materials for new and existing client opportunities
- Contribute to solution design by gathering inputs, organizing content, and supporting project scoping efforts
- Participate in internal planning discussions to align on growth opportunities within the payer space
