Requirements

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

Our philosophy is straightforward:

GET THE JOB DONE.

We believe people should have the freedom to determine how they accomplish their responsibilities.

You will not be micromanaged.

However, freedom comes with accountability.

We expect every member of the team to:

  • Take ownership.
  • Solve problems independently.
  • Learn what is necessary.
  • Communicate blockers early.
  • Propose solutions.
  • Meet agreed commitments.
  • Take responsibility for deliverables.
  • Help other team members when required.
  • Adapt when requirements change.
  • Focus on outcomes.

Our approach:

Problems are expected. Excuses are not.

If something doesn't work, understand why.

If you don't know something, learn it.

If you are blocked, communicate it.

If the original approach fails, find another approach.

Do whatever it takes — ethically, legally and professionally — to get the job done.

GLOBAL REMOTE OPPORTUNITY

You can apply from any country.

We are building a genuinely global team.

Your location is not the primary consideration.

What matters is whether you can:

  • Work remotely.
  • Deliver your responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with the team.
  • Communicate effectively.
  • Work across different time zones when required.
  • Meet the project's expectations.
  • Fit within the approved compensation budget.

You must have:

  • Reliable internet connectivity.
  • A suitable laptop/computer.
  • A professional remote-working setup.
  • Ability to attend virtual meetings.
  • Good written and spoken English.

WHO SHOULD APPLY?

We encourage applications from:

  • Fresh graduates.
  • Recent college graduates.
  • Self-taught developers.
  • Junior technology professionals.
  • Candidates with personal technology projects.
  • Candidates with academic projects.
  • Freelancers within the experience limit.
  • Candidates transitioning into technology.
  • Candidates who have built applications independently.

Your GitHub, portfolio, projects and demonstrated capability may matter more than your academic credentials.

TECHNOLOGY EXPOSURE

Depending on your role, you may work with:

  • Flutter / Dart
  • Android / iOS
  • REST APIs
  • Backend technologies
  • SQL / NoSQL
  • Firebase
  • Cloud platforms
  • CI/CD
  • Git / GitHub
  • Authentication systems
  • Payment integrations
  • Third-party APIs
  • Push notifications
  • Analytics
  • AI/API integrations
  • Accessibility technologies
  • Application security
  • Automated testing

You are not expected to know everything when you join.

You are expected to demonstrate the ability to learn quickly and apply what you learn.

WHAT YOU WILL HELP BUILD

The application may include:

  • CX25WW Group ecosystem access.
  • Project and business discovery.
  • User registration and authentication.
  • Digital Concierge functionality.
  • Service discovery.
  • Business workflows.
  • Communication and notifications.
  • Forms and data collection.
  • Location-based services.
  • Payment and transaction workflows.
  • User dashboards.
  • Business dashboards.
  • API-driven integrations.
  • AI-enabled features.
  • Accessibility features.
  • Administrative and operational systems.

The product roadmap will evolve as business requirements are validated.

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL WORKING

This is a small, high-accountability team.

You will therefore be expected to work beyond your immediate job description when the project requires it.

A developer may need to work with the Product Manager.

The QA Engineer may challenge a developer's implementation.

The Designer may work directly with the business.

The Backend Developer may support the Flutter Developer.

The Project Manager may change priorities based on business requirements.

That is part of the job.

We expect the seven members to operate as one team rather than seven separate departments.

SELECTION PROCESS

The selection process may include:

Application → AI/Skill Assessment → Technical Evaluation → Project Discussion → Final Selection → Onboarding

Depending on the position, candidates may also be asked to:

  • Demonstrate previous projects.
  • Share GitHub repositories.
  • Present a portfolio.
  • Complete a practical assignment.
  • Participate in technical discussions.

We evaluate capability, not just claims.

Your CV tells us what you have done.

Your assessment and practical evaluation will help us understand what you can actually do.

READY TO BUILD?

If you want to be part of a 7-member global core team building the Digital Concierge for the CX25WW Group, this is your opportunity.

You will not simply be joining a development team.

You will be helping build the technology platform that connects multiple companies, projects, services and users under one ecosystem.

If you are within the 0–2 years experience limit, fit the budget and are ready to take ownership:

APPLY.

Build. Solve. Learn. Deliver.

One Team. One Product. One Objective — Get the Job Done.
