This role operates primarily on a remote working arrangement that will require little to no travel into our Coventry head office.

Our working model arrangements are a non-contractual benefit so please note that an Arden work location is added to our employment contracts.

About our Department:

The Academic Office at Arden University supports academic governance, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and student success.

It oversees programme approval, policy development, assessment management, and academic standards, working with faculties, professional services, and regulators to ensure compliance and enhance the student experience.

About the Role:

You will support the Director of the Provost Office in managing the Academic Affairs project portfolio. You will collect, analyse, and present data on project proposals, progress, risks, and capacity to support prioritisation and decision-making.

Working with Business Analysts, Project Managers, and stakeholders, you will maintain an accurate project overview, support governance reporting, and promote consistent processes and tools.

The role will provide data-driven insights, improve transparency, and support the delivery of strategically aligned projects.

About You:

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and analytical Project Analyst to join the Provost Office (Academic Affairs).

You will bring strong project management, analytical and communication skills, with the ability to support a diverse portfolio of projects in a fast-paced environment as well as the following:

Essential requirements:

• Educated to degree level OR Proven track record of relevant extensive work experience, in a series of progressively more complex roles.

• Meticulous attention to detail, highly organised, capable of administering a diverse programme portfolio effectively

• Excellent communication skills sufficient to produce and present high-quality reports and dashboards to track project and portfolio trends.

• Experience of managing a project within a fast-paced organisation

• Sound understanding of the relevant professional, legal and regulatory requirements of own field of work.

Desirable requirements:

• Project Management qualification e.g. PRINCE2 or Agile PM OR Formal BA qualification e.g. Agile BA, BCS BA Foundation or Diploma OR equivalent.

• Experience working within the Higher Education sector
