Program Manager, Foundation Data and Operations

Full-time · Reports to the COO · Remote

About the Role

SimpliFed gives parents the tools they need to navigate baby feeding questions, concerns, and obstacles, starting in pregnancy and through the feeding journey. We're growing fast, and our data and reporting infrastructure needs to grow with us.

This role owns visibility into all key business operations, including how patients move through our funnel, from first lead through active care and retention. Today, that visibility mostly lives in a set of separately maintained spreadsheets and a weekly script-generated report — not a connected system. You'll build the single source of truth and the dashboards leadership relies on, run the analysis that tells us where patients are dropping off, and turn what you find into experiments and fixes that move the needle. You'll report directly to the COO so you can see across the whole funnel instead of sitting inside one team's view of it.

What You'll Own

  • A reliable single source of truth that reconciles our core systems with the patient- and care-pathway-tracking spreadsheets we run on today — this consolidation is most of the early work, not just the dashboards built on top of it.
  • Funnel visibility from marketing acquisition through activation, provider engagement, and patient retention.
  • The dashboards leadership and the Board use to track performance, built so nobody has to manually pull a number.
  • Funnel analysis that explains where and why leads aren't converting, not just that they aren't.
  • Experiment tracking across acquisition, onboarding, and provider workflows.
  • Campaign analytics in partnership with Marketing on what's actually driving results.
  • Provider utilization analytics, spotting workflow gaps and underperforming segments.
  • Light project management, particularly supporting Quarterly Planning and Execution with the COO.

What Success Looks Like

  • Every board KPI lives in one dashboard that updates on its own — nobody is manually pulling numbers to build a report.
  • Conversion climbs from where it sits today toward a materially higher target, backed by real testing rather than guesswork.
  • Retention show measurable, sustained improvement.
  • Lead volume scales while campaign ROI stays visible the whole way, not just at the top of the funnel.

What You'll Bring

  • A track record of building reporting and analytics infrastructure from scratch, not just working inside someone else's dashboard.
  • Comfort moving between SQL, spreadsheets, and BI tools, and knowing when each one is the right tool — today that mostly means Excel/Sheets and SQL pulls, there's no BI layer yet, so you may be the one who decides if and when we need one.
  • Experience designing and reading A/B tests, and a habit of asking what the test actually proved before acting on it.
  • Strong instincts for prioritization. This role sees requests from every team and needs to know which ones matter today.
  • Healthcare, finance, or other regulated-industry experience is a plus but not required.
  • Comfort operating with real ambiguity. Some of the data infrastructure you need doesn't exist yet, and part of the job is defining what should be built and why.

How We Work

This role sits outside any single functional team on purpose. You'll work closely with the leaders across the org, but you report to the COO so your view of the work stays whole. Expect a fast pace, direct feedback, and a team that would rather fix the root cause than patch the symptom.
