GENERAL OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our AI Platforms and Services (AIPS) team and lead our growing portfolio of enterprise AI initiatives. The AIPS team is a critical enabler of AI-driven innovation at Highmark Health, functioning as an internal service provider to deliver cutting-edge AI infrastructure, standards and solutions. We are revolutionizing how our organization leverages AI, and our team culture is highly collaborative, innovative, and results-oriented, valuing continuous learning and open communication.
In this role, you will be instrumental in translating strategic goals into successful program delivery, driving the definition, implementation, and execution of complex, interdependent AI programs. While you will not have formal HR supervisory duties, you will act as a key program leader, providing crucial oversight, mentorship, and coaching to our existing team of project managers to foster a culture of excellence. You will establish a program-level reporting framework to provide transparent updates to leadership, develop a master schedule to actively manage cross-project dependencies, and define clear escalation pathways to resolve roadblocks and ensure on-time delivery across multiple teams. Pay Range Minimum:
$94,200.00Pay Range Maximum:
$151,000.00Base pay is determined by a variety of factors including a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and expected contributions, as well as internal peer equity, market, and business considerations. The displayed salary range does not reflect any geographic differential Highmark may apply for certain locations based upon comparative markets.
