We are seeking a Program Manager

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

• Five (5) years of experience in program management.
• Ten (10) years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields; have experience with the Information Technology Acquisition process and its milestones; and have experience in analyzing a variety of source documentation and supporting the creation of acquisition documentation.
• Experience with the Information Technology Acquisition process and its milestones.

• Support the creation of acquisition documentation.

• Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments. This includes the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Civil agencies, and military organizations. Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract, with an in-depth understanding of the customer environment, requirements, and operational landscape, is highly desirable.

Certifications

• Project or Program Management certification or other equivalent/recognized Project or Program Management Certification.

• Preferred: SAFe Agile Certification or industry recognized equivalent certification

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leads projects that involve the successful management of teams composed of data processing and other information management professionals who have been involved in analysis, design, integration, testing, documenting, converting, extending, and implementing automated information and/or telecommunications systems.
• Performs day-to-day management of overall contract support operations, possibly involving multiple projects and groups of personnel at multiple locations.
• Organizes, directs, and coordinates the planning and production of all contract support activities.
• Demonstrates written and oral communication skills.
• Establishes and alters (as necessary) corporate management structure to direct effective contract support activities.

• Work schedule: Schedule is day shift Monday – Friday. May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs.

WAGE INFORMATION

Target salary range: $160,000 - $220,000. The salary range displayed is an estimate and will be determined on several factors regarding the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies and experience, as well as contract parameters and organizational requirements.  The displayed salary is one component of the total compensation package for employees.
