The Program Manager will lead 2-4 high-complexity projects, managing intersecting dependencies and cross-functional teams. They are responsible for driving AI and emerging technology initiatives while ensuring effective stakeholder and vendor management.
Desired Skillset:
- Healthcare Payer Domain experience: Health Insurance/Managed Care, with knowledge of payer operations, CRM systems, and member engagement platforms.
- Systems thinker: able to document and engage process maps to understand people, process and technical impacts to the overall project
- Multi-Project Governance: Proven ability to simultaneously manage 2–4 high-complexity projects or large-scale programs with intersecting dependencies.
- AI & Emerging Tech Fluency: Hands-on experience leading initiatives that leverage AI, Machine Learning, or LLMs to solve business problems or optimize workflows.
- Technical & Integration Literacy: comfortable connecting with the technology teams
- Mastery of WBS & Planning: Expert at translating ambiguous strategic goals into Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) with clear milestones and owners.
- Proactive Risk Mitigation: identifying and mitigating technical, regulatory, and operational risks before they impact delivery.
- High-Velocity Execution ("Bias for Action"): A documented history of cutting through red tape, making swift, data-driven decisions, and rapidly deploying solutions.
- Hybrid Methodology Expertise: experience running Agile (Scrum/SAFe) and Waterfall frameworks, and knowing when to blend them effectively.
- Exceptional Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Outstanding executive presence, capable of managing external vendors and aligning cross-functional leadership teams.
