What will I be doing?


Oversee/lead the organization’s strategic planning/implementation/evaluation of initiatives to ensure alignment with our mission; develop/manage program budgets and grant proposals/reports; engage in donor communications and community partnership; track policy developments and integrate into program strategy. Require domestic travel within the U.S. once every three months. 


Requirements:


Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in social science or a related field and two years of experience as a research fellow or related in the field of promoting racial equity. Must have experience with conducting social research focusing on Chinese immigrant and diaspora communities utilizing racial equity and social justice frameworks; designing and implementation social equity program in nonprofit and advocacy setting; and designing cross-cultural education modules to reduce misinformation within Chinese working immigrant communities. 


Compensation


$70,000 - $80,000 per year with standard employee benefits.
