Research and data driven, Goldbelt Professional Services’ experts create solutions customized to the client’s needs. 

 

Summary:

Goldbelt Professional Services is seeking a Program Analyst II to carry out a broad array of program analysis for PRB Support.


Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

  • Proactively engage with state or local partner organizations in support of cooperative agreement aims, including short- and long-term planning support, document analysis, and program documentation review; document communications with partners and share with team members.
  • Coordinate webinars, online trainings, site visits, and other capacity-building opportunities, including scheduling, registration, materials sharing, notetaking, evaluation compilation, and updating internal records; for in-person events, includes room scheduling and travel logistics (proposing hotel, car, and travel options meeting GSA per diem rates).
  • Collect information from internal and external SMEs to inform materials aimed at educating public health and healthcare partners, gathered through calls and stored on team SharePoint sites or shared folders, with summaries distributed to team members.
  • Ensure training materials and other resources are documented, current, accessible, approved/cleared, and meet posting standards (508 compliance) across multiple platforms (SharePoint, CDCTRAIN, public websites).
  • Provide general administrative support for the team and branch, including file, calendar, records, and inbox management.
  • Participate during CDC response activities and training exercises under direction of the DHQP Team Lead; duties include staffing the EOC desk to help support CDC's mission.

Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

  • Able to provide consultation, technical assistance, and training on program and project implementation to internal and external groups.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication in interpersonal exchanges.
  • Ability to work well independently, be solution-oriented, motivated, and committed to customer and company success.
  • Excellent judgment and decision making, with strong analytical skills; business intuition and business acumen.
  • Advanced use of Adobe and Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in program analysis, public health, healthcare, research, or a related field.
  • Previous experience working with the government procedures and guidelines.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain CDC Public Trust Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in program analysis, public health, healthcare, research, or a related field.
  • Prior experience working with the CDC is highly desired to understand the culture and environment

 

Pay and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $100,000 annually.
