The Role

We’re looking for a Production Manager who can produce, lead, and build. You’ll maintain a small personal book while primarily focusing on growing the Production team, developing producers, and driving new business.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities, solving problems, and helping a team succeed.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop the Production team.
  
• Maintain a small personal book and stay actively involved in production.
  
• Build and grow retail agency relationships and new business.
  
• Help producers grow their books and improve results.
  
• Set expectations, drive accountability, and address issues early.
  
• Work directly with leadership on production strategy and growth.
  
• Identify opportunities to improve how we work and help put those ideas into action.
  
• Recruit and develop production talent as we grow.
  
• Jump in wherever needed to support the team and get the job done.
  

What We’re Looking For

• Commercial insurance experience with strong E&S/wholesale knowledge.
  
• Must be available to consistently work Pacific Time hours.
  
• Proven personal production and experience building a book of business.
  
• Strong retail agency and broker relationships.
  
• Experience leading and developing producers.
  
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
  
• Proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable making decisions.
  
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Adaptable and able to manage changing priorities.
  
• Someone who wants to win and wants the people around them to win.
