Our client is a boutique creative studio with a big-agency mentality, specializing in graphic design, branding, animation, social media, and creative production. They partner with clients across entertainment, LGBTQ+, finance & technology, small businesses, and nonprofit organizations, serving as an extension of their internal teams and delivering high-quality creative work in fast-paced environments.

What You Will Do:

We are seeking a Production Graphic Designer to join a growing creative team. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for a designer who thrives in an agency environment and enjoys bringing established creative concepts to life.

You will work closely with the Creative Director and Senior Designers to create and adapt assets across multiple brands and industries. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable with feedback, and capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining exceptional quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Build, resize, and adapt creative assets across multiple formats, including social media, presentations, digital ads, print collateral, and event materials.
• Execute designs based on established brand guidelines and creative direction.
• Prepare production-ready files for both print and digital use.
• Manage file organization, version control, and creative assets.
• Apply multiple client brand standards across concurrent projects.
• Incorporate revisions quickly and accurately.
• Support light motion graphics and animation projects when needed.
• Collaborate closely with designers, project managers, and creative leadership.
• Communicate proactively regarding project status and deadlines.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Production Designer, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing production design, branding, and multi-format design work.
• Experience working in a fast-paced agency or client-service environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable working across diverse industries and adapting to different brand styles.

Nice to Have:

• Motion graphics or animation experience.
• Experience with Figma.
• Social-first design experience.
• Experience supporting event or experiential marketing projects.
• Previous experience working with U.S.-based agencies or clients.
