Production Designer (Hybrid)

Location: Kansas City, MissouriEmployment Type: Full-time, ContractDuration: Immediate start through November 13th (Hours will adjust/taper off toward November)Compensation Range: $24 - 27 per hourWe are seeking a detail-oriented, high-execution Production Designer to support the development of benefits marketing materials during a peak seasonal surge. This is a hands-on, production-only role requiring exceptional precision, consistency, and organizational skills to work within established brand templates.Location: Kansas City. This is a hybrid role requiring the first two weeks fully onsite for onboarding, followed by a schedule of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.Creative Scope: Production execution only. This role focuses strictly on versioning, layouts, and brand compliance; there is no creative concepting or direct client interaction.
