The Production Coordinator is responsible for building accurate production runs based on the master schedule and managing job information using internal software. They must coordinate with various departments, provide necessary prints and documentation, and ensure production timelines are met.

Description:
Production Control is looking for a Coordinator who will learn how to pull production runs.
Based off the Master Schedule, produce accurate production runs within Bridge.
Using job information from Pilot, Bills of Materials, product knowledge and experience, build each job with the correct parts and prints needed for production.
Communicate regularly via email, Teams and in person with other departments including, but not limited to, Custom engineering, Marketing, Product Development, Parts, Purchasing, all Shop departments, etc.
Regular use of documents such as the master unit sheets, bills of materials, drive charts, prints, timeline, master schedule, certified drawings and submittal packages.
Understand details of each job as outlined on the Production Order, change orders, submittal packages, prints, engineering documents, etc.
Print paperwork, organize and release prints to any applicable department for each production job, part order or R&D order.
Work closely with the Production Programmers to provide prints for laser, NC punch and VMC machines.
Work closely with Production Engineers to provide clarity on prints, models, custom jobs, Exact Dimensional Replacement (EDR) units, etc.
Must become 100% sure of your work by asking questions and understanding the task at hand and all daily responsibilities.
Must have the ability to multi-task on Part Orders, R&D and Tool & Die orders, while adhering to the timeline for production runs.
Willingness to learn and cross-train for other tasks within the department.
Ability to perform root cause analysis on issues that arise.
Demonstrate superior customer service skills and professionalism in day-to-day dealings with coworkers, setting a good example of attitude and work ethics.

Qualifications:
Knowledge of all types of material and gauges used in production, including CRN & ASME.
Knowledge of all shop departments and their respective process flow.
Knowledge of all product lines and their respective sections, including current products as well as Exact Dimensional Replacement (EDR) units and Complete Knock Down (CKD) units. Experience building each product line is a plus.

Able to understand and follow all MAP’s, PAP’s, TMI’s, TPI’s, and SOP’s that pertain to the process or product.
High School diploma or GED equivalent.
Basic computer, typing and phone skills.
Basic math (i.e. add/subtract/divide/multiply) for whole numbers and fractions.
Must have good, clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
Physical Requirements:
Office environment, prolonged sitting, computer, and phone use.
Maintain a safe and clutter-free, professional work area.
Wear PPE when required while traveling in the manufacturing areas of the shop.
Dayshift work, standard hours 7:30 am to 4:00 pm (Monday through Friday).
After-hours support may be required to assist night and weekend shifts and global operations. Ability to work remotely, as needed.
