DHAN is looking for a PRODUCT /UI-UX Designer to join our team who is creative, out of the box, an individual that is task-oriented, prioritizes well, passionate, as well as a team player who can support the Product Manager and Developers on a variety of projects to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

Preferred Experience:
- -Experience with Figma-Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop experience is a bonus.-Experience in product design of mobile and web products.-Experience with vibe designing using AI tools
Skills:
-Strong understanding of visual design fundamentals including hierarchy, balance, spacing, and motion to create clear and engaging interfaces
-Knowledge of layouts, typography, color theory, and design systems across web and digital products
-Ability to contribute to UI/UX design, branding elements, and basic iconography
-Familiarity with designing for web and responsive experiences
-6 months to 2 years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or related fields (e.g., IT, software, or digital products)
-Understanding of core UI/UX principles such as usability, accessibility, and user-centered design
-Ability to translate requirements into intuitive and user-friendly designs
-Willingness to learn, iterate, and grow through feedback in a collaborative environment
Responsibilities:
- -Responsible for gathering user requirements and feedback, synthesizing the requirements, and defining high-impact features and product enhancements-You’ll be responsible for the best user experience solutions.-Participate in product research and user acceptance testing (by engaging with customers directly) to understand customer pain and identify opportunities for improvement.-Conduct competitive analysis to support campaigns, develop event-driven opportunities, and enhance the website's competitive content
