Job Description

We are looking for a Product Specialist to drive the adoption and growth of chromatography and spectroscopy chemistries and supplies across Latin America's indirect channel markets. In this role, you will serve as a technical advisor and commercial partner to distributors, channel partners, and end-user customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Channel Partner Managers and the distributor network to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for chemistries and supplies across Latin America

  • Enable channel partners through technical training, product demonstrations, and sales support to increase product adoption

  • Serve as a trusted technical resource for customers and partners on chromatography, spectroscopy, and sample preparation solutions

  • Identify growth opportunities within the distributor network and support pipeline development for chemistries and supplies

  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear customer value and business impact

  • Track performance metrics and contribute to regional growth targets

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline

  • 4+ years of experience in account management, technical sales, or a related commercial role

  • Experience working with distributors, channel partners, or indirect sales models preferred

  • Background in technical support, training, or consultative selling valued

Technical Knowledge

  • Strong knowledge of one or more of the following:

    • Gas Chromatography (GC)

    • Liquid Chromatography (LC, HPLC, UHPLC)

    • Sample Preparation techniques

    • Spectroscopy

  • Familiarity with LC-MS and GC-MS applications preferred

  • Understanding of analytical instrumentation and related consumables

  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively within channel and distributor sales models

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across partners, distributors, and internal teams

  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations, product trainings, and technical workshops

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.
