Supply Chain Finance (SCF) Product Owner – Core Product Development
Role Summary
The SCF Product Owner is responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering core digital capabilities for Supply Chain Finance products such as Payables Finance, Receivables Discounting, and Dynamic Discounting. The role is focused on hands on backlog ownership, feature delivery, and agile execution to build scalable, compliant SCF solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Own and communicate the product vision and roadmap for assigned SCF capabilities.
• Translate SCF business requirements into clear, actionable user stories in partnership with business, risk, operations, and technology teams.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog to optimize business value and delivery outcomes.
• Define acceptance criteria, refine user stories with Scrum teams, and accept completed features.
• Validate solutions against SCF transaction flows, financial controls, and compliance needs.
• Review test plans and UAT outcomes to ensure functional and non functional requirements are met.
• Support sprint planning and release execution within Agile / SAFe frameworks.
• Track progress, manage dependencies, and communicate delivery status to stakeholders.
• Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and demos.

Experience & Education
• Bachelor’s degree with 6–9 years of FinTech or financial services product experience.
• Proven experience in Supply Chain Finance or Trade Finance platforms and products.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) preferred.
• Solid understanding of financial services domain concepts.

Required Skills
• Hands-on experience with SCF COTS platforms or FinTech solutions, such as:
o PrimeRevenue
o SAP Supply Chain Finance / SAP Fioneer
o Finastra (Trade & SCF modules)
o Demica / SCF
o CGI Trade360 / CGI SCF platforms
• Strong knowledge of end to end SCF workflows and system integrations (ERP, payments, credit).
• Agile / SAFe delivery experience in large-scale systems environments.
• Strong analytical, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Clear communicator across technical and non technical audiences.
• High ownership mindset with a delivery focused, collaborative approach.
