Deine Aufgaben:
Verantwortung für die fachliche Weiterentwicklung des Produkts
Übersetzung von Business-Anforderungen in User Stories und Akzeptanzkriterien
Priorisierung und Pflege des Product Backlogs
Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung der Produkt-Roadmap
Schnittstelle zwischen Stakeholdern, Entwicklungsteams und Anwendern
Sicherstellung von Produktqualität sowie kontinuierlicher Optimierung anhand relevanter KPIs
Transparente Kommunikation von Produktzielen, Prioritäten und Ergebnissen
Dein Profil:
Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Product Owner, Business Analyst oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle
Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
Erfahrung im Anforderungsmanagement sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit technischen Teams
Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Selbstorganisation und ein starkes Ownership-Mindset
Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Freude an komplexen technischen Fragestellungen
Fähigkeit, auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen fundierte Entscheidungen zu treffen
Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
