Job Summary

At WiiGroup, we are developing innovative digital solutions that enhance productivity, safety, and operational performance across the construction industry.

We're hiring a Product Owner Consultant to support the development of ConsTAT, an early-stage analytical platform designed to improve productivity and safety monitoring within construction projects. This fully remote role will act as the critical link between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring clarity of vision, alignment of priorities, and successful delivery of the product roadmap.

The Product Owner Consultant will be responsible for defining product requirements, shaping the minimum viable product (MVP), managing the product backlog, and driving collaboration across cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

You are a strategic thinker with experience translating business objectives into practical digital solutions. You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy working closely with stakeholders, developers, and leadership teams to bring innovative products to life.

You can balance long-term product vision with day-to-day delivery requirements while ensuring alignment across teams. You are highly organised, collaborative, and comfortable managing competing priorities in an evolving product environment.

You have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of agile product development, and the ability to guide teams towards delivering measurable business value.

Experience Required

• 5+ years' experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar product-focused role

• Proven experience defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for digital products or platforms

• Strong experience gathering, analysing, and translating business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria

• Experience managing and prioritising product backlogs within Agile delivery environments

• Ability to define MVP scope, feature prioritisation, and release planning

• Experience working closely with software development teams and stakeholders to deliver successful digital products

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and driving consensus across multiple teams

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on delivering business outcomes

• Ability to identify risks, resolve blockers, and maintain project momentum

• Experience producing product documentation, process maps, user journeys, and functional specifications

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment

Desirable

• Experience working on SaaS, analytics, construction technology, or digital transformation products

• Familiarity with productivity, workforce management, safety, or reporting solutions

• Experience working with distributed or international development teams

• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and user-centred design methodologies

• Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Miro, or similar platforms

• Exposure to construction, engineering, or AEC industry environments

• Experience supporting early-stage products from concept through MVP and scale-up

• Strong understanding of data analytics and business intelligence platforms
