Responsibilities

- +5 years of experience as Product Owner with a strong understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies.

- Own and prioritize the product backlog, defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.

- Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, retrospectives, and product showcases.

- Make day-to-day product prioritization decisions to maximize business value.

- Collaborate with client managers, business stakeholders, developers, Data Scientists, QA, UX teams, and leadership.

- Support the definition of the product roadmap and communicate delivery plans and progress to stakeholders.

- Challenge business requirements constructively and ensure alignment between business and technical teams.

- Plan and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), sign off user stories, manage defect triage, perform root cause analysis, and assess release readiness.
