Role Mission:

Ensure that clients can activate Cafler’s technology solution (software + hardware) smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for guiding them through installation, configuration, and initial use of the system, ensuring clear onboarding and rapid adoption. You will also provide direct feedback from the field to the Product team to continuously improve our solution.

What You’ll Do

  • Support clients throughout the implementation process, configuring software (SaaS, apps, POS) and associated hardware (tablets, terminals, printers, connectivity) across Taiwan & Singapore.

  • Coordinate with the Marketing team during the onboarding phase to ensure clients receive all the necessary information and materials to start operating successfully, including credentials, system access, documentation, and onboarding resources.

  • Conduct onboarding sessions (onsite or remote), guiding clients through system configuration, installation, and initial workflows to ensure proper platform adoption from day one.

  • Provide onsite onboarding support during implementations, assisting clients directly in their operational environment and supporting data migration processes from existing client systems to Cafler’s platform when required.

  • Work closely with the Project team prior to each implementation to ensure everything is fully prepared before engaging with the client. This includes validating configurations, verifying that accounts are properly set up, and performing pre-implementation checks or tests whenever possible to minimize incidents during deployment.

  • Verify operational workflows, measure initial adoption, and identify issues or usage patterns requiring follow-up.

  • Coordinate with Product and Operations on hardware and service delivery, maintain relationships with suppliers, and support the selection of new vendors when needed.

  • Identify pain points and improvement opportunities during implementations, providing structured feedback to the Product team on client needs, recurring issues, or potential product enhancements.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the onboarding and implementation process, helping reduce implementation time and cost while enabling faster and smoother client adoption of the platform.

  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Operations to document each deployment and ensure all implementations meet defined standards

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience in technology implementation, support, onboarding, or operations roles.

  • Experience working directly with clients (ideally B2B).

  • Basic knowledge of ERP/DMS systems or tools in the automotive sector.

  • Strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

  • Organization, autonomy, and a problem-solving mindset.

  • Occasional availability for travel.

  • Proactivity, solution-oriented attitude, and service focus.

  • Languages: English and Mandarin
