What You'll Do:

• Add new products to the website and maintain accurate item data, titles, and descriptions.
• Manage and manipulate vendor catalog data using spreadsheets and internal tools.
• Organize departments and product relationships so customers can easily find what they need.
• Perform basic photo editing so product images meet our standards.
• Respond to intake tickets and requests in a timely, organized manner.
• Track and communicate project progress using our internal project management tools and checklists.

• Highly organized, with strong prioritization skills to manage multiple sections of a project simultaneously.
• Naturally curious, eager to gain thorough knowledge of our products, brands, and company mission.
• A precise, detail-oriented thinker who keeps product data 100% accurate at all times.
• Comfortable managing spreadsheets, documents, and multiple internal programs and web resources.
• Coachable, you're open to feedback and always looking to improve.

Must-Haves:

• Reliable, professional, and a team player.
• Precise attention to detail.
