About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to bridge Product and Marketing, turning what we build into clear positioning, compelling stories, and go-to-market execution that drives growth.


As CiraSync’s first dedicated product marketer, you’ll define how we bring our platform to market. This is a high-ownership role for someone who moves fast, takes initiative, and knows how to turn product into messaging that resonates.


This is an active, open, full-time position.


What You’ll Do:

  • Develop clear, differentiated messaging that translates product capabilities into business value
  • Own go-to-market strategy and execution for product and platform launches
  • Create high-impact assets (sales decks, demo scripts, blogs, and social content)
  • Build enablement materials like one-pagers, battlecards, and objection guides
  • Partner closely with Product and Demand Gen to align messaging and campaigns
  • Conduct customer interviews, competitive research, and win/loss analysis
  • Continuously refine messaging based on data, feedback, and performance



What You’ll Bring:

  • 3–5 years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS
  • Proven experience launching a product or major feature to market
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills (this role is content-heavy)
  • Experience creating product messaging, GTM assets, and sales enablement materials
  • Portfolio required (must include examples of a product you’ve taken to market)
  • Self-starter who thrives in an autonomous, remote environment
  • Ability to take ownership and execute without direction
