JOB SUMMARY


As Product Marketing Manager, you're customer-, product-, and messaging-obsessed. You support the development of a global product marketing strategy that aligns with our product roadmap and commercial goals. You own the execution of product launches and content campaigns, working cross-functionally with Product, Industry Experts, and Brand to deliver assets that clearly communicate the value of our product. Your content drives both adoption and engagement. You act as the voice of the customer, using research and data to inform messaging, positioning, and go-to-market plans. Your work is grounded in a deep understanding of our product, competitors, and the AECO space, combined with sharp editorial judgment, strong project management skills, and the ability to move between strategy and execution with ease.


This role reports into the VP Global Comms and Product Marketing. We move fast. We expect this role to ramp quickly: within your first 90 days, you should have a strong working knowledge of our product, our customers, our competitive landscape, and our internal stakeholders. This position is fully-remote and requires to be permanently residing and authorized to work in Germany, France or United Kingdom.


WHERE YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE


Research & Strategy

  • Conduct thorough and regular market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
  • Conduct user and buyer research to develop personas and ideal customer profiles.
  • Serve as the steward of product messaging, translating technical product details into external-facing communications that are easy to understand and act on.
  • Create messaging frameworks for different personas and use cases.


Go-to-Market Execution

  • Own the end-to-end GTM process for product releases, including coordinating cross-functional launch plans, developing launch assets, and driving awareness and adoption post-launch.
  • Partner with our digital team to optimize the funnel for high-volume deals; identifying friction points, improving conversion, and supporting scalable acquisition.
  • Own the creation of compelling internal and external assets, including battlecards, product factsheets, sales decks and scripts, blog articles, and social media posts.


Customer Onboarding & Adoption

  • Partner with Product, Academy and Industry Consulting teams to improve the onboarding experience, ensuring customers understand and engage with our full product offering from day one.
  • Develop content that drive product adoption and deepen engagement across the customer lifecycle.
  • Use customer feedback and behavioral data to identify gaps in the onboarding journey and recommend improvements.


Tracking & Reporting

  • Track campaign performance, product adoption and engagement, and customer feedback using tools like Google Analytics, Salesforce, HubSpot, and Amplitude.
  • Report on key metrics and use data-driven insights to refine the product content strategy.


WHO YOU ARE

  • Permanently residing and authorized to work in Germany, France or United Kingdom.
  • Proven track record of driving success in agile, fully remote, international environments with a deep aptitude for cross-cultural communication.
  • Exceptional English writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft clear and engaging messaging.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills; you'll be managing multiple work streams simultaneously.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Salesforce, HubSpot, and AI tools including Claude and Gemini.
  • Strong research skills with the ability to synthesize customer, market, and competitive insights.
  • An analytical approach to messaging and asset creation: comfortable using quantitative and qualitative data to identify what's working and where opportunities exist.
  • High tolerance for ambiguity and the ability to work at pace.
  • Growth mindset, proactive attitude, and genuine curiosity.
