Product Manager (International)

Objective: Own product execution across Delfina’s patient mobile experience while facilitating delivery across AI/ML and billing infrastructure initiatives.

About You: You are a proactive, execution-focused Product Manager who thrives in fast-moving startup environments. You are comfortable owning ambiguous problems, working across both user-facing and technical domains, and translating complex clinical or technical challenges into clear product decisions. You communicate exceptionally well across distributed teams and use modern AI tools to work more efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Own product direction and execution for Delfina’s patient mobile application
• Conduct user research and translate patient and clinical feedback into actionable requirements and user stories
• Maintain a delivery-ready backlog and partner closely with design and engineering
• Lead product development ceremonies including planning, refinement, standups, and retrospectives
• Define and monitor product metrics related to patient engagement and retention
• Own product acceptance testing and help ensure high-quality mobile releases
• Facilitate execution across machine learning, backend engineering, and billing initiatives
• Clarify priorities, map dependencies, and help resolve blockers across technical teams
• Partner with data scientists and engineers to identify opportunities for AI/ML and automation
• Ensure technical solutions support clinical safety, data integrity, and business needs
• Coordinate across engineering, data science, clinical operations, finance, and product leadership

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in product management, technical program management, or product operations
• Strong experience with agile product delivery including backlog management, user story writing, planning, and acceptance testing
• Comfort participating in technical conversations involving APIs, integrations, data pipelines, and machine learning concepts
• Experience collaborating effectively with distributed and US-based teams
• Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and take ownership of complex problems
• Exceptional written and spoken English

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in SaaS, health-tech, or consumer mobile applications
• Experience with digital health, healthcare operations, clinical workflows, EHRs, or healthcare interoperability
• Experience working with AI/ML-enabled products or technical infrastructure
• Familiarity with US healthcare billing or revenue workflows
• Experience using AI tools to support product research, specification writing, analysis, or operational workflows
