The Role

As Product Manager for Domains & Email Growth Services, you will own the portfolio of products and services that sit around a customer's domain name or mailbox.

Your mission is simple: create more customer value.

That might mean improving onboarding journeys, introducing new security capabilities, simplifying product packaging, identifying opportunities for AI-powered services, or helping customers solve problems before they even realise they have them.

You'll work across 30+ brands, partnering with commercial teams, engineering teams, local product owners, and senior stakeholders to improve customer experience and unlock growth opportunities across the portfolio.

This is not primarily a greenfield product role. Much of the opportunity lies in identifying friction, simplifying complexity, and improving products that already serve millions of customers today.

At the same time, you'll help shape the next generation of services in areas such as security, trust, identity, automation, and AI.

What You'll Do

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Own the roadmap for Domains & Email growth services across the Product Unit

  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and commercial performance

  • Balance quick wins with longer-term strategic investments

  • Translate business opportunities into clear product requirements for engineering teams


Portfolio Optimisation

  • Analyse products and services across brands to understand performance, adoption, and customer value

  • Identify opportunities to consolidate, retire, improve, or expand offerings

  • Develop pricing, packaging, and bundling recommendations

  • Ensure customers receive a consistent and compelling experience across brands


Customer Lifecycle Ownership

  • Improve the customer journey from onboarding through renewal and retention

  • Identify friction points and opportunities to increase customer success

  • Develop solutions that help customers grow their online presence and extract more value from our products

  • Ensure end-of-life and offboarding experiences are handled thoughtfully and professionally


Innovation & Market Awareness

  • Monitor developments in AI, cybersecurity, identity, trust services, and emerging internet technologies

  • Evaluate new opportunities and build clear recommendations on where team.blue should invest

  • Work with internal and external partners to bring innovative capabilities to market


Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate with product, engineering, commercial, marketing, and local brand teams across Europe

  • Align stakeholders around priorities and business outcomes

  • Support go-to-market planning and product launches

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Growth, Commercial Product Management, or a similar role

  • Experience launching, commercialising, and scaling digital products

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using customer, product, and commercial data to drive decisions

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Comfortable working across multiple teams, brands, and markets

  • Curious about technology and motivated to understand how emerging trends create customer value

  • Strong understanding of small and medium-sized businesses and the challenges they face online

  • Comfortable experimenting, learning quickly, and adapting based on evidence

  • Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus

Bonus Points

  • Experience in domains, hosting, email, SaaS, cybersecurity, or cloud services

  • Experience with pricing, packaging, and portfolio management

  • Experience bringing AI-powered capabilities into customer-facing products
