Job DetailsThe Product Manager serves as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for a defined product or component, owning its lifecycle from strategic vision through execution and launch. This is a critical cross-functional role focused on maximizing product value: defining market and client needs, translating requirements into actionable deliverables for engineering, and ensuring legal and operational readiness. The individual will drive product roadmaps, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics, and acts as the central hub connecting client feedback to high-quality, revenue-driving technical solutions.
The assigned product domain includes a collection of internal systems instrumental in delivering product to our clients. It has a diverse set of internal stakeholders, from production teams to client-facing sales and account managers.
In the course of their day-to-day duties, the Product Manager will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Client Success to ensure that products are effectively supported with training, sales support, collateral, positioning, and promotions, and that supported products achieve financial success in Wiland’s markets.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for single product, sub product, or component.
Directs product strategy for their product.
Participates with various teams on projects, product issues, pitfalls, etc.
Builds product business plans to drive revenue and rationalize investment.
Creates product road maps and writes user stories and requirements.
Establishes quarterly OKRs for product.
Executes product development plan as a hands-on partner with engineering leader.
QualificationsEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
5+ years’ product management and/or business analysis experience in software environment including the creation and implementation of business objectives and/or requirements documents desirable.
5+ years’ experience with Direct Marketing and Database Marketing a plus.
5+ years’ experience with Scrum or other Agile software development practices.
5+ years’ experience independently managing software development projects of low or medium complexity, to managing multiple tasks at any given point, and building strong relationships across teams.
3+ years’ experience applying product management methodologies and best practices.

Compensation: Base Salary Range $113,000-138,000. Total compensation for this role also includes a variable component
