Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Agile Product Manager to support the development and delivery of new products and capabilities within a

highly collaborative Agile environment. This role will focus on defining and refining product requirements, translating business objectives into actionable

Agile deliverables, and driving alignment across product, technology, and business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Agile product management, Azure DevOps (ADO), and the financial services industry.   This

individual will play a critical role in building and refining EPICs,

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience in an enterprise environment.
• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience creating and managing:
  • EPICs
  • Features
  • User Stories/PBIs
  • Product Roadmaps
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog management and Agile tracking.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery lifecycle and product development processes.
• Experience collaborating with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Engineers, and Business Stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

Features, and Product Backlog Items (PBIs) to support

successful product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers to develop and refine EPICs aligned with business objectives, customer value propositions, and desired customer experiences.
• Lead the creation of Features, User Stories, and PBIs that can be effectively consumed by Agile delivery teams.
• Facilitate backlog refinement sessions with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Architects, and Scrum Teams.
• Drive EPIC, Feature, and backlog management activities within Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly defined and aligned with strategic goals.
• Participate in and lead Agile planning, refinement, and performance meetings.
• Work closely with architecture and UX teams to ensure product capabilities align with intended customer experiences.
• Interface with PMO, Risk, Compliance, and other business partners to support successful delivery.
• Support testing, implementation, and launch activities for new products and capabilities.
• Identify, manage, and escalate risks and dependencies as needed.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and maturity of Agile delivery practices.

Work Environment

This position supports a fast-paced Agile delivery organization focused on advancing enterprise product capabilities and improving

operational efficiency. The successful candidate will work closely with product, technology, and business teams in a highly collaborative and mature

Agile environment.

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $90.00/hr.
