Product Manager

We're seeking a Product Manager with consumer-facing services experience to support our team building and scaling digital products. This 12 month contract role requires 4 days onsite in Glendale, CA and 1 day remote and your work will focus on product discovery, requirements, and digital experience management. *Product Manager Responsibilities:* * Lead product discovery and decision-making using AI tools to accelerate execution. * Translate customer and business needs into requirements and user stories. * Build product vision and roadmaps and define success measurements to guide outcomes. * Collaborate with peers to execute product strategy and improve launch and scaling results. * Manage and update user-facing digital experiences using enterprise Content Management Systems (CMS). *Product Manager Qualifications:* * 5+ years of product management experience with digital software development experience. * Minimum four-year college degree in Technology, Business or related field. * Proven ability to launch and scale products by recognizing customer needs, creating a vision, building roadmaps, defining success measurements, and executing effectively. * Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to accelerate product discovery, decision making, and execution. * Experience leading cross-functional teams in an agile, collaborative environment, with strong written and verbal communication skills. *Perks and Benefits:* * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance. * Life Insurance. * 401(k) Program. * Commuter Benefit. * eLearning and Ongoing Training. * Education Reimbursement.
