Job Summary

The Product Lead is responsible for product design, developing roadmap attributes and improvements per product, and delivery of enterprise solutions. The Product Lead is also responsible for driving product initiatives by combining strong process expertise with independent execution. This role provides clear context, rationale, and direction to stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring product outcomes align with business objectives. The Product Lead can independently manage and deliver 2-4 concurrent assignments with minimal oversight and has a strong understanding of product development lifecycle, marketing, and effective communication.

Minimum Requirements

**This position may be performed remotely from anywhere within the continental United States, excluding California, New York, Alaska, and Hawaii.

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare benefits, Self-Funded Insurance/Benefits and/or TPA experience
  • College Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Project experience with proven ability to lead multiple, highly visible projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Experience facilitating internal and/or client meetings and presentations
  • Self-directed individual who works well with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work effectively with clients, brokers, vendors and differing levels of co-workers including Client Managers and all levels of staff
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment, learn quickly, solve problems, delegate assignments and make decisions with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate people and teams cross functionally to resolve complex issues within designated time frames.
  • Flexible; open to continued process improvement
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office suite including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business and occasional travel requirements.

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5 years’ experience in Healthcare or TPA organization
  • Vendor Management/Vendor Contracting Experience
  • Experience in regulated or process-driven environments (e.g., healthcare, insurance, financial services).
  • Familiarity with Agile or Lean product development methodologies.
  • Experience driving product or process improvements at scale.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Min to Max Range:

$77,800.00 - $146,100.00

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
